  • What kind of education do you need to work in our industry?

                     - We require a minimum of a Grade 9 education but strongly encourage anyone interested in our industry to complete Grade 12

                     - Once you get into the industry you will be provided with on the job training related to installation and safety

  • Is this a dangerous industry?   

                     - Our Association members are extremely focussed on safety in the workplace.   We require all our member companies to maintain OH&S safety certification.  As with all construction trades, if the safety rules are followed, our industry is no more dangerous than other trades.
