  • What kind of education do you need to work in our industry?

    We require a minimum of a Grade 9 education but strongly encourage anyone interested in our industry to complete Grade 12


    Once you get into the industry you will be provided with on the job training related to installation and safety


  • Is this a dangerous industry?

    Our Association members are extremely focused on safety in the workplace.   


    We require all of our member companies to maintain OH&S safety certification.  As with all construction trades, if the safety rules are followed, our industry is no more dangerous than other trades.
